Design of the Full-Service Monitoring System Based on Big Data

摘要 通信行业和移动互联网的高速发展,使得行业竞争日趋激烈,导致电信运营商对经营发展变化的反应速度要求越来越高。面对数量庞大、信息冗杂的数据,如何对经营业务有效监控,并从海量数据中提取有价值的信息,成为大数据时代电信运营商的一大难题。基于大数据的全业务监控体系,从发展有效性、经营健康性和业务合规性三个方面着手,实现了经营监控行为由"救火式的被动监控"向"启发式的主动把控"转型,解决了旧式人工监控体系的诸多问题,全方位提升经营监控的效率效果。 Since the rapid development of the telecommunication industry and Internet, the competition goes fierce which leads to the company should give shorter reaction time to business changes. While face to data of huge quantity and full of noise, how to effectively monitor the daily business operation, and exact the valuable information is being a major challenge in Bigdata period. The Full-Service Monitoring System is designed based on big data. The system drives by effectiveness, business health and rule which turns "The passive rescued monitoring" to "The actively heuristic monitoring". It also solves lots of artificial problems, efficiently improve the effect of surveillance.
