扩张型心肌病患者血浆趋化素水平变化及意义

The plasma levels of chemerin in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy

摘要 目的:探讨扩张型心肌病患者血浆趋化素水平变化。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法测定扩张型心肌病患者和对照组血浆趋化素水平,免疫发光夹心法测定C反应蛋白水平。结果:扩张型心肌病患者血浆趋化素和C反应蛋白水平较对照组明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。血浆趋化素水平与C反应蛋白、左室舒张末期内径显著正相关,与左室射血分数显著负相关。结论:扩张型心肌病患者血浆趋化素水平升高,可能参与扩张型心肌病的慢性炎症反应过程,并与受损心功能密切相关。 Objective:To investigate the plasma chemerin levels in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Method:Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to measure chemerin and the immune luminescence sandwich assay was used to measure C-reactive protein(CRP)in the DCM and control groups.Result:The levels of plasma chemerin and CRP were significantly higher in the DCM group than those in the control group.The levels of chemerin were positively correlated with the levels of CRP and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),but negatively correlated with left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Conclusion:Elevated plasma chemerin levels are associated with the chronic inflammation and the impaired heart function of DCM.
