通过控制物料平衡提高预焙阳极合格率和产品质量的探讨

Reducing effects on the product quality by balance control of production material of the prebaked anode

摘要 随着铝工业迅猛发展和我国原油供应的多渠道化,市场上适合预焙阳极生产用的低灰分、低硫石油焦无法保证,石油焦硫含量越来越高.同时,随着预焙阳极生产规模不断扩大,原料供应很难定点、定质、定量采购,原料供应只能通过多渠道、多点供应才能满足生产需要.供货渠道多,势必引起原料质量波动导致阳极质量波动,因此必须加强配料控制,提高产品质量. In view of the rapid development of the aluminum industry and the diverse channels of the crude oil supply in China, the petroleum coke with low dust and low sulphur in the market, which is suitable for the production of the prebaked anode, cannot be ensured. Moreover, the sulphur content in the petroleum coke becomes higher and higher. Meanwhile, as the production scale of the prebaked anode is gradually expanding, it is very hard to purchase the raw materials with a certain quantity and quality in a specific place. The raw materials have to be purchased via various channels and suppliers to meet the production, which will inevitably lead to quality fluctuation of raw materials and anodes. Therefore, the material recipe control must be strengthened to improve the product quality.
