合欢幼苗对干旱胁迫的生理生化响应 被引量:7

The physiological and biochemical responses of Albizia julibrissin seedlings to drought stress

摘要 以1a合欢实生幼苗为试材,采用盆栽称重控水法,研究了土壤相对含水量80%(CK)、60%、40%、20%4种不同强度干旱胁迫对其叶片生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫强度的加大,合欢幼苗叶绿素含量呈现出下降趋势,其中LS胁迫下与CK差异不显著,MS、HS胁迫下与CK差异显著;可溶性糖与游离脯氨酸含量、相对电导率与丙二醛含量均呈现出增加趋势,其中LS胁迫下除游离脯氨酸含量与CK差异显著外,其余均与CK差异不显著,而MS、HS胁迫下四种指标均与CK差异显著;超氧物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈现出先增强后减弱的变化趋势,其中SOD活性在LS、MS胁迫下均显著强于CK,但POD活性只在LS胁迫下显著强于CK而MS胁迫下虽强于CK但两者差异不显著,在HS胁迫下SOD、POD活性均稍弱于CK但均差异不显著。结果认为合欢幼苗对干旱胁迫表现出一定的抗旱耐旱潜力。 1a Albizia julibrissin seedlings as the experimental material,the pot weight control as the method,effects of drought stress from the four different intensity of the soil relative water content( CK) of 80%,60%,40%,20% on the physiological and biochemical characteristics had been studied. As the results indicated that,with the increasing of intensity of drought stress,the chlorophyll content showed a trend of decline,which under the stress of LS,had no significant difference from CK,while,which under the stress of MS and HS had significant difference from CK; Soluble sugar and proline content,relative conductivity and MDA content showed increasing trend,which under the stress of LS except for significant differences in free proline content and CK,the rest had no significant difference from CK,but under the stress of MS and HS,four kinds of indices showed differences from CK significantly. Superoxide dismutase( SOD) and peroxidase( POD) activities showed a trend firstly in increase and then in decrease,the activity of SOD,under the stress of MS and LS,was significantly stronger than that of CK,but the activity of POD,only under the stress of LS,was stronger than that of CK,while under the stress of MS,was stronger than the CK,but the difference was not so obvious,and under the stress of HS,activities of POD and SOD were slightly weaker than CK,but there was no significant difference.Results showed that Albizia julibrissin seedlings to drought stress showed certain potential in drought resistance.
