摘要
目的探讨急性心肌梗死患者心肌再灌注治疗的相关护理及注意事项。方法总结溶栓及经皮冠状动脉介入术等心肌再灌注治疗的相关护理措施。结果经过溶栓及经皮冠状动脉介入术治疗,配合科学的护理,所有患者均痊愈出院,无死亡病例。结论对急性心肌梗死患者尽早进行心肌再灌注治疗,可避免心肌损伤继续扩大化,降低并发症的发生,而科学的护理措施是保证治疗顺利进行,提高治疗效果的基础。
ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing care and the matters needing attention in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods To sum up the nursing measures in the treatment of myocardial reperfusion such as thrombolysis and percutaneous coronary intervention.Results After thrombolysis and percutaneous coronary intervention, with scientific nursing, al patients were cured and discharged, no deaths.ConclusionIn patients with acute myocardial infarction using early myocardial reperfusion therapy, can avoid myocardial injury continued expansion, reduce complication.And scientific nursing measures ensure the smooth progress of the treatment,and improve the therapeutic effect.
