低磁场核磁共振在诊断膝关节半月板损伤中的价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨在对膝关节半月板损伤进行诊断时低磁场核磁共振的价值。方法以我院收治的71例膝关节损伤患者为研究对象,分别对患者采用传统CT检查和低磁场核磁共振检查,对比及分析两种诊断方式的准确率。结果研究组的总确诊率(100%)高于对照组(81.69%),其中两组数据在韧带损伤、关节腔积液、骨质改变三种损伤的确诊率上均相同,但对患者半月板损伤确诊率存在差异(P<0.05)。结论在诊断关节损伤的过程中,利用低磁场核磁共振诊断方法能够有效提升半月板损伤的确诊率,具有较大的诊断价值,能够为医生提供更加准确的参考数据。 ObjectiveTo investigate the knee meniscus injury at low field MRI diagnostic value.Methods71 patients with knee injury patients admitted to our hospital for the study.Patients used conventional CT examination and a low magnetic field MRI,compared and analyzed the accuracy of two diagnostic methods. ResultsThe overal diagnosis rate(100%)of the study group was significantly higher than the control group(81.69%),in which two sets of data ligament injuries,joint effusion,bone changes were the same as the rate of diagnosis in three injuries,but there was a big difference(P 〈 0.05) in patients with meniscus injury diagnosis.Conclusion In the process,the use of low-field magnetic resonance diagnostic method can effectively improve the rate of diagnosis of meniscus injury,and have greater diagnostic value.
