超声对不同程度脑室周围-脑室内出血新生儿大脑中动脉的血流动力学的检测价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨超声对不同程度脑室周围-脑室内出血新生儿大脑中动脉的血流动力学的检测价值。方法收集我院诊断为脑室周围-脑室内出血的新生儿25例,对照组为同期我院身体无心脑血管疾病的新生儿25例。对比两组入院第1 d、3 d、7 d颅脑超声的Vs、Vd及RI。结果两组颅脑超声的Vs、Vd差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组颅脑超声的RI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本次研究认为彩色多普勒超声对新生儿不同程度脑室周围-脑室内出血有较好的诊断价值。 Objective To explore value of ultrasound on artery hemodynamics in different degree periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage neonatal brain. Methods 25 cases neonatal diagnosed as periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage were selected, at the same period,and 25 cases healthy neonatal were as the control group, comparing ultrasound’ Vs, Vd and RI after 1 d, 3 d, 7 d of two groups.Results The difference of Ultrasound’ Vs, Vd in the two groups was statisticaly significant (P 〈 0.05), but the cerebral ultrasound RI between the two groups had no statistical significance(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion In this study, color doppler ultrasound for artery hemodynamics in different degree periventricular-intraventricular hemorrhage neonatal brain have better diagnostic value.
