摘要
目的探究糖尿病视网膜病变中眼超声检查的应用效果。方法随机选择2013年6月-2014年6月期间,糖尿病视网膜病变患者(观察组)、无糖尿病视网膜病变的正常人(对照组)各60例,作为该次研究的对象。针对两组患者实施眼超声检查,比较两组患者的视网膜中央动脉血流动力学情况,同时对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视网膜中央动脉血流动力学与糖化血红蛋白的相关性进行分析。结果该次研究中观察组患者的视网膜中央动脉血流动力学参数PSV、RI、EDV与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视网膜中央动脉血流动力学峰值流速与糖化血红蛋白成负相关性(r=-0.6123),但是RI与糖化血红蛋白值呈现正相关性(r=0.7431)。结论眼超声诊断的应用,可以有效的对视网膜中央动脉血流动力学变化进行诊断和有效的评估,视网膜中央动脉血流动力学、RI与糖化血红蛋白的相关性,为眼超声检查提供了更为精确的诊断依据,为患者的诊治提供更大的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of ocular ultrasonography applied to diabetic retinopathy.Methods 60 cases with diabetic retinopathy(observation group) and other 60 healthy cases without diabetic retinopathy(control group) admitted from June2013 to June 2014 were randomly selected as the subjects of this study.Ocular ultrasonography was performed in both groups.The status of central retinal artery hemodynamics was compared between the two groups.And the correlation between central retinal artery hemodynamics and the level of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients with diabetic retinopathy was analyzed.Results In this study,there was statistically significant difference in the central retinal artery hemodynamics indexes PSV,RI,EDV between the observation group and the control group,P〈0.05.The central retinal artery hemodynamics peak velocity was negatively correlated with the level of glycosylated hemoglobin(r=-0.6123),whereas RI was positively correlated with the level of glycosylated hemoglobin(r=0.7431).Conclusion Ocular ultrasonography can effectively diagnose and evaluate the changes in central retinal artery hemodynamics.And the correlation between central retinal artery hemodynamics,RI and the level of glycosylated hemoglobin provide more accurate basis for the diagnosis of ocular ultrasonography with high value of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
