摘要
本文概要介绍和分析了瑞士绿色水电认证、美国低影响水电认证和水电可持续性评估情况,将我国水电工程的评价标准与国际标准进行了比较分析,提出我国有必要在技术标准和管理机制方面借鉴国际经验,建立有利于我国水电可持续发展的评价和管理机制。
In this paper,green hydropower certification in Switzerland,low impact hydropower certification in the SUA,and hydropower sustainability assessment of IHA are briefly introduced and analyzed. Relevant standards of hydropower project in China are compared with international standard. It will be helpful to learn from the international good practice in the aspect of technical standards and management mechanism to improve the assessment and management for sustainable hydropower development in China.
