摘要
目的:分析探讨鼻内镜治疗上颌窦囊肿的手术方法。方法:从本院所收治的上颌窦囊肿患者当中选取108例为研究对象,分别设计为A组、B组和C组每组36例。A组行鼻内镜下上颌窦窦口扩大术治疗,B组行下鼻道开窗术治疗,C组行尖牙窝穿刺治疗,分析探讨这3种鼻内镜治疗的效果。结果:3组患者治疗效率按照χ2检验分析显示,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组术后牙根麻木发生率,面部肿胀发生率,以及鼻腔粘连发生率,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据上颌窦囊肿的位置类型选择最合适的鼻内镜手术路径,能够有效提高治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the method of endoscopic surgical treatment on sinus surgery cyst. Methods 108 cases in our hospital were admitted for this study, including group A, group B and group C. Group A was treated with endoscopic maxillary sinus augmentation therapy, group B was treated with nasal fenestration, while group C was treated with line canine fossa puncture. The effect of three methods was analyzed and discussed. Results The three groups of patients according to the X2 test efficiency analysis, P = 0.476（P〉 0.05）, no statistically significant. Three postoperative incidence of root numbness, facial swelling incidence, as well as the incidence of nasal adhesions, with statistical significance. Conclusion According to the position of the maxillary sinus cyst type to select the most appropriate path endoscopic sinus surgery, can effectively improve the therapeutic effect.
