超声引导下A型肉毒毒素注射治疗良性前列腺增生的疗效观察

摘要 良性前列腺增生（benign prostatic hyperplasia，BPH）是中老年男性常见疾病。A型肉毒毒素（botulinum toxin type A，BTX—A）注射治疗BPH是近年来发展起来的治疗方法，目前国内外研究对BTX—A治疗BPH疗效报道不一。笔者采用超声引导下BTX—A注射治疗BPH患者，治疗效果较好，操作方便，患者易耐受。现报道如下。
