摘要
山地住宅是建筑产品中极具特色的一种,其依山而建,立体层次丰富,空间变化多样。在这种场地上建造房屋,建筑及结构设计具有特殊性,有利于设计出独特风格的建筑作品,也对结构设计师提出了更高的要求:工程地质情况复杂,基础持力层深浅不一,个别高层建筑基础直接落在外露的岩层上,只能采用基础浅埋的做法。根据"高规"JGJ3-2010第12.1.8条:当建筑物采用岩石地基或采取有效措施时,在满足地基承载力、稳定性要求及第12.1.7条规定的前提下基础埋深可适当放松[1]。针对高层建筑基础浅埋的情况,本文重点进行了主体结构的抗倾覆分析、基础底面的零应力区分析,并对建筑物高宽比的影响进行对比分析,根据计算结果采取相应的结构加强措施。
Mountain residential is a unique product in the building,the hillside,three- dimensional level rich,diverse space. Build houses on the site,the architectural and structural design has the particularity,to design a unique style of architectural works,the structure designers proposed higher requirements:engineering geological condition is very complex,the foundation bearing layer depth,individual high- rise building foundation falls directly on the exposed rock,only the use of shallow foundation in practice. In accordance with article 12. 1. 8 of " high regulation" jgj3- 2010: when building the foundation rock or take effective measures,under the premise of satisfying the foundation bearing capacity,stability and 12. 1. 7 provisions based buried deep may be appropriate to relax. For high- rise building foundation buried shallow,this paper focuses on the main structure of the anti overturning analysis,foundation bottom surface of zero should stress analysis,and carries on the contrast analysis to the building height to width ratio,according to the calculation results,the structure of the corresponding strengthening measures.
