摘要
薄型零件在锻造过程中产生的滑移撕裂裂纹被称作"RST效应"。这种现象易出现在大型自由锻、薄饼、薄板的锻造过程中。对改进前后的工艺进行了金属流动分析。结果表明,在裂纹处金属不发生塑性变形而周边金属流动又较为剧烈的情况下,易出现"RST效应"。
The slip tearing crack in thin parts forging is called "RST effect". This phenomenon is easy to appear in the forging process of large free forging, thin cake and sheet metal. The metal flow before and after process improvement was analyzed. The results show that the "RST effect" produces easily when metal in the crack does not produce plastic deformation and the metal flow in the surrounding is more severe.
