摘要
以冷轧机系统的垂振为研究对象,结合近年来冷轧机垂振问题的研究成果,从乳化液性能参数的角度探讨了抑制垂振的方法。研究了乳化液pH值、铁粉含量、皂化值的参数和性能对摩擦系数的影响。结果表明适当增加辊缝间的摩擦系数有利于抑制冷轧机垂振;在乳化液pH值4.0-5.0、铁粉含量600-1000mg/L和皂化值(120-160)×10-3KOH条件下,可以适当增加乳化液摩擦系数。
Taking the vertical vibration of cold rolling mill system as the research object, combining the research results of the vertical vibration problem of cold rolling mill in recent years, methods of suppressing vertical vibration were discussed from the angle of emulsion performance parameters. The effects of parameter and performance of emulsion p H value, content of iron powder and saponification value on friction coefficient were researched. The results show that: appropriately increasing friction coefficient between the rolls is useful to inhibit the vertical vibration of cold rolling mill. Under the emulsion p H value of 4.0-5.0, content of iron powder of 600-1000 mg/L and saponification value of(120-160)×10-3KOH, the friction coefficient of emulsion can be reasonably increased.
