机械设备用AZ91D合金的变温处理纯化工艺研究

摘要 采用变温处理方法对机械设备用AZ91D镁合金进行了纯化,并进行了合金化学成分、显微组织、拉伸性能和冲击性能测试与分析。结果表明,变温处理纯化可有效改善合金的显微组织,降低杂质元素Fe和Si的含量,提高合金的拉伸性能和冲击性能。与未进行变温处理相比,变温处理可使合金中Fe含量降低79%、Si含量降低62%、抗拉强度提高21%、屈服强度提高33%、伸长率提高2.6%、冲击吸收功提高66%。优选的变温处理温度为600℃。 AZ91D magnesium alloy for machine equipment were purified by varying temperature treatment methods.And the chemical composition, microstructure, tensile properties and impact property were tested and analyzed. The results show that purification process by varying temperature treatment can effectively improve the microstructure of the alloy,decrease the content of impurity element of Fe and Si, and increase the tensile properties and impact property. Compared with the sample without varying temperature treatment, varying temperature treatment can make content of Fe decrease by 79%,make content of Si decrease by 62%, and make tensile strength, yield strength and impact absorbing energy increase by 21%,33% and 66%, respectively. The optimized temperature of varying temperature treatment is 600℃.
