摘要 目的:探讨低电压、低电流、低浓度对比剂对冠状动脉CTA图像质量及辐射剂量的影响。方法选取疑似冠心病而接受冠状动脉CTA检查患者79例分为两组。其中双低组:电压100 KVP,电流自动350~750 mA, ASIR 40%,造影剂威视派克270 mgI/ml,三低组:电压100 KVP,电流固定值200 mA,ASIR 40%,造影剂威视派克270 mgI/ml。比较两组图像质量评分、CT值、噪声、SNR、CNR值及辐射剂量的不同。结果对照组扫描方案可以有效降低辐射剂量,获得的图像质量满足诊断要求。结论低电压、低电流、低浓度对比剂在冠状动脉CTA中的应用具有可行性。 Objective To explore the low voltage, low current, low concentration of contrast medium in coronary CTA image quality and radiation dose. Methods Selected 79 cases with coronary heart disease of coronary artery CTA examination and divided into two groups. The double low grup had 100 KVP voltage, current automatic 350~750 mA, ASIR 40%, contrast reverse park 270 mgi/ml, the three low groups had 100 KVP voltage, current ifxed value 200 mA, ASIR 40%, contrast reverse park 270 mgi/ml. Compared the different of two sets of image quality score, CT value, noise, SNR, CNR value and radiation dose. Results Scanning control scheme can effectively reduce the radiation dose, the image quality satisifes the requirement of diagnosis. Conclusion Low voltage, low current, low concentration had feasibility in coronary artery CTA.
