摘要
目的:分析将临床护理路径应用于急性胰腺炎患者的效果。方法:选择2013年3月-2014年5月在本院接受治疗的42例急性胰腺炎作为研究对象,将患者平分为观察组、对照组,每组各21例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理路径,并对护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,住院时间、住院费用明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将临床护理路径应用于急性胰腺炎患者护理中,可有效提高护理效果,提升护理满意度。
Objective： To analyze the effectiveness of clinical nursing pathway in patients with acute pancreatitis. Method： 42 cases of acute pancreatitis as the research objects in our hospital were selected from March 2013 to May 2014, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 21 eases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given nursing path, and the nursing effect were compared.Reballit： Patients care satisfaction of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, hospital stay and hospital expenses were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion： Patients with acute pancreatitis use clinical nursing pathway which can effectively improve the effect of nursing and improve nursing satisfaction.
