摘要
目的:探讨肛周皮下脓肿术后分别应用康复新液和微赛恩凝胶敷料换药的疗效。方法:将符合标准的116例肛周皮下脓肿手术后患者,随机分为常规消毒换药加康复新纱条湿敷方案组(治疗组1)和常规消毒换药加微赛恩凝胶敷料换药组(治疗组2),每组各58例,观察两组在伤口愈合指标及并发症控制方面的差异。结果:治疗组2微赛恩凝胶敷料换药在促进肉芽生长、伤口愈合、降低患者换药疼痛方面优于治疗组1康复新纱条换药,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微赛恩凝胶敷料治疗对肛周皮下脓肿术后换药有一定优势,其能够促进创面生长,缩短病程,并且减少患者换药时疼痛。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of patients with perianal subcutaneous abscess after respectively using Kangfuxin Liquid or Microcyn Skin ＆ Wound Hydrogel for dressing change. Method： 116 patients with perianal subcutaneous abscess operation were selected and randomly divided into routine disinfection gauze dressing plus Kangfuxin group （ defined treatment group 1 ） and routine disinfection dressing plus Microcyn Skin ＆ Wound Hydrogel group （ defined treatment group 2 ）, 58 cases in each group.The differences in wound healing and complications control of two groups were observed. Result： Treatment group 2 showed better effect in promoting granulation growth, wound healing and reducing pain than that of the treatment group 1, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Microcyn Skin ＆ Wound Hydrogel has some advantages on perianal subcutaneous abscess postoperative dressing, it can promote the wound healing, shorten the course and also reduce patient＇s pain during dressing change.
