摘要
复发性流产的病因尚未被完全发现,但研究发现其产生与自身免疫因素有关,其中抗心磷脂抗体导致的,占很大比例。分别从中西医方面对抗心磷脂抗体阳性复发性流产的产生机制及治疗进行论述,并对近年来发表的相关文章进行搜集,整理,归纳,分析,总结。
The majority of cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion remains unexplained and it is found to be associat- ed with autoimmune. Among the number of the factors, anticardiolipin antibody accounts for a significant proportion. This review stated its mechanism and treatment from the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine, and thus collec- ting, sorting, inducting, analyzing and summarizing the related articles published in recent years.
