单囊胚冻融移植对多胎率的影响 被引量:2

Effect of single frozen- thawed blastocyst transfer on the rate of multiple pregnancy

摘要 目的 探讨囊胚复苏移植对多胎率的影响。方法 回顾分析2014年1月-2014年12月在福建省妇幼保健院辅助生殖研究室进行囊胚复苏移植的416例患者的临床资料,比较单囊胚复苏移植和双囊胚复苏移植的临床妊娠率和多胎率。结果 单囊胚复苏移植118例,妊娠54例,妊娠率为45.76%,多胎率为5.56%。双囊胚复苏移植298例,妊娠195例,妊娠率为65.44%,多胎率为48.72%。结论 单囊胚冻融移植可显著降低多胎率。 Objective To explore the effect of frozen- thawed blastocyst transfer on the rate of multiple pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 416 patients receiving frozen- thawed blastocyst transfer in Research Laboratory of Assisted Reproduction in the hospital from January to December in 2014 were analyzed retrospectively; the clinical pregnancy rates and multiple pregnancy rates of single and double frozen- thawed blastocyst transfer were compared. Results Among 416 patients,118 patients received single frozen- thawed blastocyst transfer,54 patients got pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 45. 76%,the rate of multiple pregnancy was 5. 56%; 298 patients received double frozen- thawed blastocyst transfer,195 patients got pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 65. 44%,the rate of multiple pregnancy was48. 72%. Conclusion Single frozen- thawed blastocyst transfer can significantly reduce the rate of multiple pregnancy.
