摘要
敬业是社会主义核心价值观针对个人行为和公民职业道德提出的价值要求。敬业精神概括为职业认知、职业态度、职业行为三个方面。通过盖洛普优势测试,发现高职生的职业态度是积极向上的,但也存在职业认知不明确、纪律性较差等问题。高职院校可以通过明确学生职业认知;在实践中培养高职生职业态度;完善教育管理制度,提高学生纪律性三种途径可以有效促进高职生敬业精神的培养。
Professional dedication spirit is the socialist core values and makes value requests to individual behavior and civil ethics. Professional spirit is summarized as professional cognition, professional attitudes, and professional behavior. By the Gallup test, it found that the professional attitude of higher vocational students is positive, but their professional cognitions are unclear and disciplines are poor, etc. Higher vocational college can effectively promote the cultivation of the professional spirit of higher vocational students by three ways of clearing the student career cognitive, cultivating students＇ professional attitudes in practice, perfecting the education management system and enhancing the student discipline.
