摘要
目的探讨甘精胰岛素和诺和灵N胰岛素在老年2型糖尿病治疗上的临床效果。方法从该院所收治的老年2型糖尿病患者当中选取80例为研究对象,将这些患者随机分为A组和B组,每组各40例。A组患者采用甘精胰岛素治疗,B组患者采用诺和灵N胰岛素治疗,对比分析两组患者各项指标变化情况以及低血糖发生率。结果两组患者空腹血糖、餐后血糖以及糖化血红蛋白等各项指标变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者低血糖发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素和诺和灵N胰岛素均能有效治疗老年2型糖尿病,但相比较而言,使用甘精胰岛素低血糖发生率较少。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine and Novolin N insulin on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into group A and group B with 40 patients in each. Patients in group A were treated by insulin glargine; while those in group B were treated by Novolin N insulin. And the changes in indexes and incidence of hypoglycemia were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The differences in changes of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin and so on between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. The difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both insulin glargine and Novolin N insulin are effective in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, but using insulin glargine, the incidence of hypoglycemia will be lower.
