摘要
经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（ TUVP ）是近年来普遍开展的治疗良性前列腺增生的方法，具有出血少、手术时间短、恢复快等优点，其临床治疗结果显示其有着较好的安全性和有效性。但术后膀胱痉挛的发生一直是困扰着广大医护人员的问题。本文对TUVP术后膀胱痉挛影响因素及护理进展进行综述，为TUVP术后临床护理工作提供参考依据。
Transurethral electrovaporization of prostate （ TUVP） is generally carried out in recent years, which is a method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, with less bleeding, short operation time, rapid recovery. The results of clinical treatment show it is more safe and effective. But the problem on the occurrence of bladder spasm after the operation has been plagued by the medical staff. In order to offer references for clinical nursing work, the paper reviewed the influencing factors of bladder spasm and nursing progress of this field after the TUVP.
