摘要
目的分析对比无支架固定式宫内节育器(以下简称无支架固定式IUD)与其他类型IUD的临床效果。方法根据知情选择,对选用无支架固定式IUD和其他IUD的对象进行随访,记录临床效果及不良反应发生率。结果 1039例无支架固定式IUD放置成功率为97.1%,高于其他IUD放置成功率(92.3%);且无支架固定式IUD的不良反应发生率(28.87‰)低于其他类型IUD(76.54‰)。结论无支架固定式IUD是一种高效、安全的避孕方法,适宜在临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical effects between women who were placed with non bracket fixed IUD and other kinds of IUD. Methods According to informed choice object,non bracket fixed IUD and other IUD for the selected were followed up to record the clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reaction. Results A higher successful placement rate（ 97. 1%） and lower rate of adverse effects（ 28. 87‰） were observed among the 1309 healthy women who were placed with the non bracket fixed IUD than those with other kinds IUD（ 92. 3% and 76. 54‰ respectively）. Conclusion Non bracket fixed IUD was proved as an effective and safe way in contraception for women of child-bearing age,and it is suitable for clinical application and scaling-up.
