上腹下神经丛阻滞的不同方法分析
摘要
近年来,随着环境、社会因素的变化,慢性盆腔疼痛患者越来越多。且部分患者应用较大剂量强效镇痛药才能达到镇痛目的,药物不良反应随之增加,而近1/3的患者应用镇痛药物无效。因此寻找一种有效的镇痛方式对提高患者的生活质量及减轻患者痛苦有着重要的意义。上腹下神经丛阻滞已在临床上开展。
