摘要
高效开展职业学院教学管理工作,必须以问题为导向,开拓思路、转变观念,树立与时代发展要求相适应的教学管理理念,要把法规至上的导向树立起来,依法治校;要坚持全面看问题、辩证看问题,积极适应时代变化,从事物的发展变化中认识和把握管理工作的特点规律;要把长远任务与眼前工作很好地统一起来。工作人员要直面矛盾问题,在不断发现和解决问题中提升教学管理工作的质量效益,为推动职业学院发展目标的实现提供强有力的保障。
To efficiently carry out the teaching management work, the vocational college must be guided by the problems, expand the way of thinking, change the idea, set up the teaching management ideas that meet the needs of the time development, set up the concept of rules first and managing the university by law; adhere to the comprehensive look at problems, actively adapt to the times changing, understand and grasp the characteristics and laws of management work from the development and change of things, unify long-term task and work. The teaching staff should face the contradiction problems and raise the quality of the teaching management efficiency by finding and solving problems constantly, so as to provide a strong guarantee for achieving the goals of development of vocational college.
