摘要
近年建筑项目不断开建,涉及招标的项目日益增加。但项目管理单位如何在招标采购环节中寻求建设进度、质量、成本等维度之间最佳平衡点,有效实现项目管控,确保工程按时保质保量交付使用,国内对此研究较少。该文试图运用SWOT分析方法,通过优势、劣势、机会、威胁等多个维度,对建筑工程招标发包模式进行研究,寻找合理的项目招标与管理方法,并提出有关建议。
In recent years, the construction project has started, the tender project is increasing. But the domestic researches are less about how the project management unit to find the best balance point among construction progress, quality, cost and other dimensions in bidding and procurement process and effectively realize the project management and control to ensure the project on time and the quality and quantity delivered for use. This paper attempts to use SWOT analysis method and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in multiple dimensions to study the bidding contract model of construction project to look for reasonable project bidding and management methods, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
