摘要 硫酸镁为生理性镁离子补充剂、天然的非竞争性N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体阻滞剂以及钙通道阻滞剂。在围手术期应用硫酸镁能够抑制应激反应、辅助镇痛、抗炎,其还具有抗苏醒期躁动、治疗术后心律失常等作用。该文就硫酸镁在围手术期的临床应用及研究进展进行综述,主要介绍了硫酸镁在围手术期对心血管系统、呼吸系统、中枢神经系统、免疫系统的影响及其在麻醉镇痛中的作用。 Magnesium sulfate is capable of not only supplementing physiological magnesium ions but also functioning as a natural, noncompetitive N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDA) blocker and a calcium channel blocker. The perioperative application of magnesium sulfate can suppress stress responses, reduce pain, and inhibit inflammatory reactions. Studies have also demonstrated that magnesium sulfate has therapeutic effects on postoperative arrhythmia and restlessness during the anesthesia recovery period. This article reviewed the progress of research addressing the clinical application of magnesium sulfate during the perioperative period, focusing on the effects of magnesium sulfate on the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, central nervous system and immune system, as well as the role of magnesium sulfate in anesthesia and analgesia.
