摘要
依法治国离不开党的领导,需要党的领导来保证其性质和方向。坚持党的领导必须改善党的领导,做到从严治党。适应世情、国情和党情发展的要求,从严治党能为依法治国提供组织保障和广泛的群众基础。从严治党保障依法治国必须做到加强制度建设,健全党内法规,加大打击腐败的力度。做到依法行政,增强党员干部依法行政的意识,提高依法行政的水平。要发挥群众监督的作用,落实上级监督,重视同级监督,发挥媒体监督、网络监督、舆论监督等社会监督的作用,形成监督合力。
Running the country by law can not be separated from the party＇s leadership, which ensures its essence and direction. Adhering to the Party＇s leadership calls for improving the leadership and strictly administering the Party. Adapting to the requirements of the world, the nation and the Party developments, strictly administering the Party provides the organizational guarantee and extensive mass foundation for nmning the country by law. To do so, the system construction shall be strengthened, the laws and regulations shall be perfected, and efforts to combat corruption shall be made. To carry out the administration according to law, the Party members and cadres should strengthen the consciousness, and improve the level of administration according to law. In addition, joint forces of supervision shall be formed through playing the role of mass supervision, implementation of supervision of the higher level, attention to peer supervision, playing the role of social supervisions such as media supervision, network supervision, public opinions.
