摘要
目的探究综合护理干预在下肢外伤合并血管神经损伤围手术期中的作用和临床意义。方法选取我院于2010年3月至2013年3月收治的46例下肢外伤合并血管神经损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机分组方式将患者分为观察组(23例)和对照组(23例),对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予围手术期综合护理干预措施,比较两组患者的住院时间,肢体功能恢复情况,评价综合护理干预措施的临床价值。结果观察组平均住院时间为(13.67±6.81)d,对照组平均住院时间为(17.34±9.26)d,两组患者平均住院时间对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下肢功能评分为(16.84±5.60)分,对照组下肢功能评分为(52.36±13.05)分,两组患者下肢功能评分具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对于下肢外伤合并血管神经损伤患者的恢复具有重要意义,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with lower extremities trauma and neurovascnlar injury. Methods A total of 46 cases of patients with lower extremity trauma and neurovascular injury treated in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2013 were used as objects, and divided into two groups, namely experiment group （23 cases） and control group （23 cases）. The patients in experiment group were given a perioperative comprehensive nursing interventions. The hospitalization time and the recovery of limb function were adopted to comprehensive evaluate the clinical value of nursing interventions. Results The average hospitalization time of patients in the experiment group was （13.67~6.81）d, whereas, that of the control group was （17.34±9.26）d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The lower extremity function score for patients in the experiment group was（16.84±5.60）, whereas, that of the control group was（52.36 ±13.05）, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention is important for patients with lower extremity trauma and neurovascular injury, and worthy of promotion in clinical applications.
