摘要
采用空冷保留高温组织状态的方法,研究TA15钛合金棒材在β相区和两相区加热和冷却过程中的相转变。结果表明,在两相区加热时,随着温度的升高,次生α相(αs)逐渐减少,β相逐渐增多,晶粒形态均为等轴状;当加热至β相区温度,等轴状的初生α相明显减少,次生α和β相由等轴状转变为层片状。在冷却过程中,初生α相优先长大;次生α相在较低温度下通过形核析出长大。此时初生α相的长大将受到限制;随着保温温度的降低,次生α相的析出温度降低。
By means of air cooling to retain the microstructure state at high temperature,the phase transformation of TA15 titaniun alloy during heating and cooling within β phase region and α + β two phase region were investigated. The results show that the volume of secondaryα phase decreases and the β phase increases with the heating temperature increasing during two phase region. The shape of α and β grains is all equiaxed. When heated in β phase region,the volume of equiaxed primary α phase decreases remarkably. The shape of secondary α andβ phases changes from equiaxed to lamellar. During the cooling process,the primary α grows up preferentially. Due to the formation of secondary α phase through nucleation and growth in lower temperature,the growth rate of primary α phase will be restricted. The precipitated temperature of secondary α phase decreases with the holding temperature fall off.
