摘要
目的统计分析天津医科大学第二医院2011—2014年门诊麻醉药品使用情况,考察用药趋势,促进临床正确合理使用麻醉药品。方法根据我院HIS系统中的原始数据资料,对2011—2014年门诊麻醉药品的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行回顾性分析。结果我院2011—2014年门诊麻醉药品用药品种和规格非常稳定,麻醉药品用药金额与DDDs基本呈增长趋势,DDC保持平稳。结论我院门诊麻醉药品使用基本合理,但进一步加强对麻醉药品的监督管理仍应是今后工作的重点。
Objective To analyze the utilization and trends of narcotic drugs on the dispensary for outpatients in the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from 2011 to 2014,and provide reference for clinical rational pharmaceutical ad-ministration. Methods According to the original data of narcotics useage in outpatients from 2011 to 2014 in HIS system,cal-culation of consumption sum,drug use frequency（DDDs）,defined daily cost（DDC）of the drug usage were analyzed retro-spectively. Results The varieties and specifications of narcotic drugs were very stable,yet the consumption sum and DDDs of the narcotic drugs increased mainly from 2011 to 2014. The defined daily cost（DDC）kept steadily. Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital are reasonable on the whole,yet strict administration of narcotic drugs is still the focus of our work.
