摘要
随着家庭媒体中心的不断更新换代,功能和信息的叠加导致了界面的认知摩擦的产生。本文通过对虚拟化家庭媒体中心特征的分析和问卷调查,对产生家庭媒体中心认知摩擦的因素进行了定量的分析,结果显示了在体验家庭媒体中心的过程中产生认知摩擦的三个方面—感观体验认知摩擦、交互体验认知摩擦、情感体验认知摩擦。最后,本文就如何避免认知摩擦的发生提出了可行性的方法策略。
With the continuous updating of home media center, the repetitive function and information lead to the emerging of cognitive friction on interface. In this paper, through the analysis of features about home media center and questionnaire survey, a quantitative analysis of factors which cause the cognitive friction of home media center shows that it has three aspects of cognitive friction in the process of experiencing the home media center, which include cognitive friction of sense experience,interactive experience emotional experience. Finally, the article proposes several practical strategies on how to avoid the occurrence of cognitive friction.
