摘要
江苏省江水北调工程作为南水北调东线工程的一部分,其运行实践可以看作是南水北调东线工程的模型实验。通过收集江水北调工程沿线输水河道和调蓄湖泊的水文资料,分析工程建设前后水位、流量过程及主要泵站的引排水量,评价江水北调工程运行对沿线水文情势的影响,为科学评价东线工程可能对水生态环境产生的影响及采取相应的保护措施提供依据。
Water diversion projects from Yangtze River to northern plains of Jiangsu Province is a part of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and therefore its operation can be regarded as the model of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Hydrology data of rivers as well as lakes was first collected. Influence of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project to hydrological condition was evaluated based on the analysis of hydrological variables, including stage, discharge of rivers and quantity of water diversion of main pumping stations,for period before and ~ter the project. This study provide the basis for scientific evaluation of effects of East Route Project on water ecological environment and corresponding protective measures.
