摘要
本研究采用行动研究方法,以一位小学体育教师进行行动研究为历程,通过资料收集和分析,以体育教师自身反省为研究起点,指引行动以获得体育教师专业发展。最后提出了本研究的主张:农村体育教师还应作为知识的创造者,积极主动承担起专业自主权责任,并积极反省、解放思想。
Staining on teachers' introspection and based on an action research on a primaL'y school P.E. teacher, this study focuses on providing guidance for action so as to promote P. E. teachers' protessionalization development by means of data eollection and analysis. This study proposes that rural P. E. teachers should assume professional autonomy and responsibility actively as the creators of knowledge and furthermore, they should enhance the ability of serf - reflecting and emancipating the mind.
