摘要
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,严重威胁着人类的健康,有效地预防和治疗CRC是目前医疗工作者面临的一个难题,近年来,越来越多的研究显示肠道微生态与CRC的发病有一定的相关性。肠道微生物与宿主、环境间相互作用对于维持机体的生理功能具有十分重要的作用,而肠道菌群失衡则参与了多种疾病的发生、发展。本文就近年来肠道菌群在CRC发生、发展中的作用及微生态制剂对CRC的防治作一概述。
Colorectal cancer（ CRC） is a common disease of malignant tumor which threatens human health seriously. The prevention and treatment of CRC effectively is a difficult problem which the medical workers are facing at present. Recently,more and more studies show the correlation between the intestinal microecology and the incidence of CRC. The interplay of gut microbiota,host and environment play important roles in keeping the body＇s physiological function,and the intestinal flora imbalance is involved to promote the occurrence and development of various diseases.Here is to make a review of the intestinal flora＇s action in the development of CRC and the use of probiotics for the prevention and treatment of CRC.
