摘要
区域内的产业集聚会为相关产业的生产经营活动带来比较优势。基于已有的产业集群研究和可获得的数据,以皖北产业集群为例,通过各产业区位商和区域的集群经济效应指数分别从静态和动态两个角度分析了皖北产业集群的专业化程度和经济效益成长潜力。发现皖北在牧业和渔业、采矿和制造业、交通运输业具有比较优势,皖北6市中亳州市、宿州市和阜阳市的集群经济效应较为显著,提出将强主导产业对区域经济发展带动作用的建议。
Due to industrial agglomeration within a region,aparticular industry and related enterprises are brought with comparative advantage of the production and business operation activities.Based on the existing industrial cluster research and available data,Taking industrial clusters in northern Anhui province as an example,this paper analyzes the degree of specialization and economic growth potential of the different clusters of the region by measuring location quotient and economic effect of clustering index respectively from static and dynamic aspects.Animal husbandry and fisheries,mining and manufacturing,transportation industry has comparative advantage,and the cluster economic effect of Fuyang,Bozhou,Suzhou are most significant among the six cities in northern Anhui.Ultimately,suggestions for governments＇ policies concerned with promoting regional economy and stimulating leading industry cluster are put forward.
