摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在肿瘤化疗病人中应用的效果。方法将2013到2014年在江西省鹰潭市解放军第一八四医院治疗的60例肿瘤化疗患者随机分成对照组和实验组,其中对照组采取常规护理方法,实验组在常规护理的基础上,采取临床护理路径进行护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果采用护理路径管理的实验组满意程度为100%,常规护理的满意程度为76.6%。结论临床护理路径管理模式在肿瘤化疗患者的护理中效果更好,满意程度更高,值得在护理方法中推广使用。
Objective To study the clinical nursing pathway in tumor chemotherapy in patients with the effect of the application. Methods From 2013 to 2014 in our hospital for the treatment of 60 patients with tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,the control group adopts the method of routine nursing,the experimental group on the basis of conventional nursing care,clinical nursing path for nursing care,observation of the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results The satisfaction with nursing path management of experimental group was 100%,the routine nursing satisfaction was 76. 6%. Conclusion Clinical nursing path management mode in the care of patients with tumor chemotherapy effect better,satisfaction degree is higher,is worth popularizing in the nursing method and use.
