摘要
综合海上固井地锚功能需求与现场热采井预应力固井施工需要,设计出适用于预应力固井的?244 mm可钻式地锚。采用有限元方法分析了地锚本体、锚爪和销的结构强度,验证了地锚安全工作的可靠性,并对地锚结构进行了完善,优选了地锚材质,确定了地锚作业中最佳预拉力值;同时对地锚可钻性指标概念化,确定了地锚内部结构材质。分析结果表明,在满足材料屈服强度的前提下,地锚最佳提拉力为240 kN左右,极限拉力为660 k N左右;地锚采用单元式设计理论,结构简单,功能可靠,本体采用42CrMo材质;地锚内部心体采用2A12硬铝材质,材料可钻性等级为6级,满足预应力固井地锚可钻性能。
A ?244 mm drillable earth anchor is designed for prestressed cementing based on functional re?quirements for offshore cementing earth anchor and prestressed cementing operation requirements for thermal pro?duction wells on the site?In this paper, structure strength of earth anchor body, anchor fluke and pin is analyzed by using the finite element method to verify reliability of earth anchor in operation, improve earth anchor structure, optimize earth anchor materials and determine optimal pretension force value?In addition, drillability index of the earth anchor is conceptualized to determine internal structure materials of the earth anchor?Analysis results show that, under the premise of meeting yield strength of materials, the earth anchor has the optimal lifting force of a?bout 240 kN and ultimate tension of about 660 kN?The earth anchor is designed, using the modular theory, with a simple structure and reliable functions, and primarily made of 42CrMo?Its core is made of 2A12 duralumin which is at Grade 6 of drillability and can meet drillability requirements for prestressed cementing earth anchor.
