摘要
目的对气虚血瘀证评价量表进行条目筛选。方法在前期研究基础上,收集15位专家问卷数据和140例患者临床信息数据,通过专家问卷法、区分度法、相关系数法和克朗巴赫系数法进行条目筛选。结果综合4种方法结果,删除4种方法中2种及以上方法提示删除的条目,筛选后保留条目21个。结论基于专家共识与临床流行病学资料,气虚血瘀证评价量表条目筛选可结合多种统计方法进行,可为复合证候评价量表研制提供借鉴。
Objective Item selection analysis on qi deficiency and blood stasis evaluation questionnaire .Methods Based on previous research ,we collected clinical data of 15 experts＇ questionnaires and 140 patients＇ data with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome ,and pree item analysis with methods of expert questionnaire ,the degree of differentiation ,correlation coefficient and the Cronbach＇s .Results Based on results of these four methods ,deleted items which were suggested by at least two of four methods ,and there were 21 entries left .Conclusion Based on clinical epidemiological data and expert consensus ,item selection analysis on qi deficiency and blood stasis evaluation questionnaire can be combined with various statistical methods .It can provide future reference for the development of composite syndrome evaluation questionnaire .
