摘要
《金匮要略》记载杂病,采用脏腑辨证法则,将搜集可见及潜在的症状体征,运用援物比类等法,经过分析判断寻求病因真相。条文编排上,系以整体系统性之逻辑类比形式,便利各项病证作异同比较;在治法上,有"同病异治"或"异病同治"之相对运用,俾益于学习指导及临症应用参考。各篇章内容虽集杂病而成,然从其中结构分析,条文之间彼此具备相关从属关系,经过逐条比对之后,可见使用纵向及横向类比之比较方法,即依病证病机、病位、脏腑,将性质相关者分门别类聚合一起,置于同一篇中,具有如同树状结构阶层式铺陈方式及集合论关系。研究书中关于条文建构基础体系及论述旨意,分析其与逻辑原理之相关性,旨在为仲景医学理论探讨以及经验提升成为理论思维提供依据和立论验证。
The Synopsis of Golden Chamber records miscellaneous diseases ,intestine syndrome differentiation rules ,will col-lect visible and potential syndromes and signs ,usage of aid material than class method ,to seek for and judge the real reasons of illness through analysis .The compilation of clauses ,find the overall systemic form of Logical analogy ,easily of the compar-ison between for similarities and differences of syndrome;and to “cure same syndrome by different method” or “different syndromes by same method” .It is beneficial for learning and guidance of practical application in dealing with illness .Al-though the content of each chapter collected from miscellaneous diseases ,the clauses are all correlative with each other through structure analysis .Comparing with each clauses and we can realize that it use the longitudinal and latitudinal analog-ical method to do the comparison .To place with one of the chapter and it embodies just like hierarchical tree structure to lay out the way and relations with set theory .Research about the basic structure of the book and discusses the purpose ,analyze the relevancy of its logical theory ,for Zhongjing Medical Theoretical discussion and experience promoted to become theoreti-cal thinking ,provide evidence and argument verification .
