振弦式钢筋计在预应力管桩成桩过程中的安装工艺研究 被引量:7

摘要 振弦式钢筋计由于其原理简单、使用方便被广泛应用于桩基测试领域,然而由于预应力管桩成桩工艺的特点,其在预应力管桩应用方面受到限制。基于巢湖裕溪节制闸试验桩测试工程,从保护钢筋计不受到成桩过程破坏的角度出发,介绍了一套适用于预应力管桩成桩过程中钢筋计的安装工艺,其中关键工艺包括:钢筋计出线头的保护;信号线沿主筋内侧走线的布置方式;钢筋笼起吊的控制;养护过程中应当采用蒸汽养护,温度严禁超过其最大工作温度等。经实践证明,采用该套钢筋计安装方法钢筋计的最终存活率达到了100%。 Because of the simplicity in principal and convenience in practical, the vibrating string extensometer was used in piles test widely, however, for the characteristics of the technique of PHC installation, the application of vibrating string extensometer was restricted. Based on the test piles measurement project of Yuxi regulators in Chaohu, with the idea that vibrating string extensometers wouldn' t be destroied by the technique of PHC installation, this paper summaried a installing method of vibrating string extensometer in prestressed pipe piles. The key techniques included as followed the protection of vibrating string extensometer, signal lines spread out in the inner side of rebars, controls of reinforcement cage lifting, piles caring with steam and the temperature lower than the limit working temperature. The practical results show that the survival rate of extensometer in PHC was 100%.
