摘要
目的评估研发的集装箱箱内查验视频探测器在集装箱现场查验中的应用价值,探索进境集装箱现场查验新模式。方法研发集装箱箱内查验视频探测器,随机选取进境集装箱,比较箱内查验视频探测器查验和现场掏箱查验模式的效果,记录不合格标箱数、查验用时和查验费用,对结果进行分析。结果与现场掏箱查验模式相比,研发的集装箱箱内查验视频探测器可以提高有害生物检出率、缩短查验时间、降低查验费用。结论集装箱箱内查验视频探测器的研发,解决了实际工作中查验设备不足、查验费时费力等难题,提高了查验效率和有害生物检出率。
Objective To evaluate the effect of container inspection video detector developed independently, built a new method of efficiency, low cost in imported container inspection. Methods The container inspection effect of traditional way and using container inspection video detector was compared,and the detection rate of harmful organisms,time and costs were analyzed. Results The container inspection video detector could improve the harmful organisms detection rate, reduce the inspection time and costs compared with the traditional way. Conclusion The application of container inspection video detector could improve the inspection efficiency and the detection rate of harmful organisms.
