摘要
针对电加热道岔融雪系统加热元件卡具现场使用中出现的断裂、脱落问题,根据GB/T 2423.17—2008《电工电子产品环境试验第2部分:试验方法试验Ka:盐雾》和TB/T 2846—1997《铁路地面信号产品振动试验方法》对卡具进行盐雾试验和振动试验检测其指标。通过对比试验结果,得到采用一体化锻造成形冷端卡具、不锈钢材质卡具、电加热元件轨底安装方式可有效缓解卡具腐蚀和断裂,提出相应的卡具优选建议。
With a view to problems including fracture and fall-off,etc. that have ooccurred to heating element fixtures used for the electric heating snow-melting system at turnout,we have conducted salt mist tests and vibration tests to test the technical specifications for the fixtures according to the 'Envrionmental Testing for Electric and Electronic Products- Part 2: Test Method- Test Ka: Salt Mist'(GB/T 2423.17—2008)and the 'Vibration Test Method for Railway Ground Signaling Products'(TB/T 2846—1997). Based on the results of a contrast test,it is concluded that cold-end fixtures forged by integrated forming,stainless steel fixtures and electric heating elements mounted at rail base can effectively relieve fixture fracture and fall-off. The article puts forward some suggestions concerning fixture optimization accordingly.
