摘要
基于典型镁/聚四氟乙烯/氟橡胶(MTV)红外诱饵基础配方,利用正交设计的方法,改进研制了一种MTV型红外诱饵配方,并对该配方药柱的燃速、辐射强度进行了测试。结果表明改进配方增强了药柱的水下燃烧能力以及红外辐射性能。本研究为红外诱饵的工程应用提供参考。
On the basis of(Mg/PTFE/VITON) MTV type infrared composition formula, a infrared decoy flare composition was improved by the method of orthogonal design. Meanwhile, the burning rate and radiation intensity of the grain were tested. The test result indicated the improved formula enhance the combustion capacity of the grain underwater, as well as its radiation intensity. The study provides reference for the engineering application of the infrared decoy flare composition.
