摘要
目的：探讨术中应用低分子右旋糖酐对骨科老年病人血液流变学和凝血功能的影响。方法：择期脊柱后路手术老年患者60例，随机分为低分子右旋糖酐组（低右，D组）、羟乙基淀粉组（Q组）和对照组（C组），每组20例。检测麻醉诱导前（T0）、输液后5min（T1）、输液后1h（T2）、输液后2h（T3）血液流变学、血液常规和凝血试验。结果三组全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、FIB各时点均有下降，与组内To比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；D组和Q组T2、T3时点下降更明显，与C组同一时．最比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：骨科老年病人术中应用低右，能改善血液流变学，对凝血功能无明显影响。
Objective：To investigate the effect of intraoperative application of dextran orthopedic elderly patients blood rheology and coagulation functions. Method： 60 cases of elective posterior spinal surgery in elderly patients were randomly divided into dextran group （ low and right, D group）, hydroxyethyl starch group （Q） and control group （ group C ）, 20 cases each. Detected before induction of anesthesia （ TO ）, after infusion 5 min （ T1 ）, after infusion lh （T2）, after infusion 2h （ T3 ） rheology. Results ： three low shear whole blood viscosity, high shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, FIB were decreased at each time point, TO compared with the group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05） ; D group and Q group T2, T3 point decreased more significantly, the group C the same point difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： elderly patients undergoing orthopedic applications low right can improve blood rheology, had no significant effect on blood coagulation.
