摘要
目的：比较经阴道超声以及经腹壁超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法：选取100例异位妊娠患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组患者使用经腹壁超声检查，观察组患者使用经阴道超声检查，比较两组患者的异位妊娠诊断率，观察两种方法对异位妊娠的诊断价值。结果：经腹壁超声检查异位妊娠诊断率为62％，经阴道超声检查异位妊娠诊断率为98％（P〈0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：经阴道超声检查能够更加准确并且更早期的诊断出异住妊娠的情况，在临床上有着重要意义，在实际异住妊娠检查中值得推广应用。
Objective： To compare the diagnostic values for ectopic pregnancy between transvaglnal ultrasonography mad transabdominal ultrasonosraphy. Methods ： 100 patients who suffered from the eetopie pregnancy were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 patients in each group. In the control group, they were treated with the transabdominal ultrasanography while in the observation group, they were treated with the transvaginal ultrasonography. Then, the diagnostic rates of these two groups of patients were compared and the diagnostic values for ectopic pregnancy of these two kinds of Methods were observed. Outcome ： The diagnostic rate for ectopie pregnancy with the method of transabdomina/ultrasonography was 62% while the diagnostic rate for ectopic pregnancy with the method of transvagina/ultra- sonography was 98% （P 〈0.05）. Thus, the difference has the statistical significance. Conclusion： The method of transvaginal ultrasonography can find out the ectopie pregnancy more correctly and more quickly, whieh has great significance in the clinic application. Thus, it should be promoted in the realistic treatments for eetopie pregnancy.
