摘要
目的：通过床旁彩色多普勒检测危重病人不同体位下。脏功能指标变化，研究体位变化对心脏功能的影响。为寻求危重患者最佳体位提供客观资料。方法：40例ICU重症卧床者，取平卧位、15°，30°、45°、60° 5个姿势。用床旁彩超测定每搏量（VS）、心排血量（CO）以计算射血分数（EF）观察不同体位变换时心功能的变化。结果：随着受试者体位改变，患者各心功能指标有所不同。结论：随着床头角度抬高心率、每搏量值存在显著差异，心排血量、射血分数无显著差异。
