摘要
目的:评价思维导图在妇科伤口护理健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将300例妇科术后患者按随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各150例。观察组运用思维导图、对照组运用口头讲解的方式进行健康教育。出院时调查比较两组患者对伤口护理的满意度和伤口日常护理知识达标率。结果:教育后观察组满意度高于对照组(P〈0.05),观察组伤口日常护理知识迭标率高于对照组(P〈0.05);结论:将思维导图应用于妇科伤口护理健康教育,可提高患者伤口护理知识水平,提高患者满意度,提升伤口护理服务效果,值得在更为广大的护理领域推广。
Objective :Evaluation Mind Map wound care in gynecological health education application effect. Methods : The 300 cases of gynecological patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 150 cases. Observation group using mind mapping, control the use of oral health education to explain the way. Patient satisfaction surveys were compared and daffy wound care knowledge compliance rate of wound care at discharge. Results : Education satisfaction after the observation group was higher ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the observation group daily wound care knowledge compliance rate was higher (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The Mind Map wound care apply to gynecological health education can improve the level of knowledge in wound care patients, improve patient satisfaction, enhance the effect of wound ca.re services, it is in the wider field of nursing promotion.
