摘要
目的：探讨胫骨开放性骨折一期固定并关闭创口在基层医院的临床治疗效果。方法：在最近几年中笔者所在医院共收治患者66例,对患者进行一期固定并关闭患者创口治疗,根据患者的Gustilo分类检查,Ⅰ型患者23例,Ⅱ型患者30例,Ⅲ型患者13例,其中Ⅲa型患者9例,Ⅲb型患者4例,详细记录患者的临床治疗资料,患者出院后6~18个月进行回访。结果：66例患者均获回访,60例患者的骨折愈合良好,4例患者的骨折愈合迟缓,2例患者的治疗无效;一期愈合患者58例,延期愈合患者6例,临床护理中创口出现针道感染患者1例。结论：开放性骨折一期固定并关闭创口治疗在胫骨开放性骨折患者的术前、术中以及术后有效抗生素结合运用上,患者的临床治疗效果明显,值得临床推广使用。
Objective： To evaluate clinical effect of one stage fixed and close the wound for open tibial fractures in primary hospital.Method： 66 patients in recent years in our hospital were treated with one stage fixed and close the wound treatment, according to the patient＇s Gustilo classification examination, including 23 cases of type Ⅰ patients, a total of 30 patients with type Ⅱ cases, Ⅲ type patients with a total of 13 cases, including 9 cases of Ⅲ a type, Ⅲ b type was 4 patients, clinical data of patients was detailed recorded, patients were visited 6-18 months after discharge the hospital.Result： 66 patients were visited, 60 patients were healed fractures, 4 cases of delayed fracture healing, 2 patients were ineffective treatment; one stage healing in 58 patients, 6 patients delayed healing, after clinical care the wound appeared pin tract infection in 1 case.Conclusion： The clinical effect of the one stage fixed and close the wound in the treatment of open tibial fraetures on the basis of effeetive antibioties in pre-operation , intra-operation and post operation is significant, it worthy of elinical use.
